I’m RouBoi—a music producer, DJ, content creator, and collector with a passion for entertainment, music, and high-value collectibles. My journey into the creative world started with my family’s deep roots in music and entertainment and was further influenced by my brother’s involvement with Mr. Beast and my mother’s successful YouTube music channel, Karolyn Wright Gaines (100k+ subscribers).

While my brother and I initially started a YouTube channel together, he stepped away to focus on family. But for me, the spark had already ignited. Having produced music for years and even getting published, I saw YouTube as the perfect way to blend my love for music, gaming, and collectibles into one platform.

RouBoi Entertainment LLC is more than just a brand—it’s a growing entertainment and collector company dedicated to:

🎵 Producing original music, DJ performances, and live sets
📺 Creating music videos and how-to content on music & art tech
🎮 Streaming video games (including Overwatch live sessions)
🎴 Opening & grading Pokémon cards, plus exclusive collector content
 

I’ve always wanted to entertain and inspire people, and this platform is my way of bringing music, gaming, and collectibles together in an evolving, creative journey.

RouBoi Entertainment LLC – Return Policy

At RouBoi Entertainment LLC, we take pride in offering high-quality collectibles, music-related products, and merchandise that are carefully selected and handled. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any items.
 

No Returns or Exchanges

  • All sales are final – Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.

  • No returns on collectibles or graded cards – Due to the fluctuating value of collectibles and trading cards, all purchases are non-refundable.

  • No exchanges on apparel or merchandise – Please ensure you select the correct size and design before placing your order.
     

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at [Your Support Email] within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

  • A detailed description of the issue

We will review your request and determine if a resolution is possible. Resolutions may include store credit or a replacement at our discretion, but refunds will not be issued.
 

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. If an order is marked as "Delivered" but not received, please check with your local carrier or file a claim with them directly.
